The RCLI Fellowship is a leadership program in metro Richmond focused on professional development, civic influence, and spiritual formation.
What’s it all about?
The RCLI Fellowship is a nine-month leadership program for Christian professionals. The program focuses on professional development, civic influence, and spiritual formation – helping Christian leaders serve God, neighbor, and metro Richmond through their work and life. The Fellowship meets from September through May. Over 350 leaders have gone through RCLI’s leadership program since 2007.
Who is it for?
The RCLI Fellowship is for Christian professionals and leaders in the early or middle stage of their career.
We’re looking for people who are hungry for growth. People want to learn about themselves, learn about metro Richmond and connect with others. People eager to connect their faith with what they do, along with a heart to serve and a mind to create.
