3. Biblical justice
How does the Bible speak to issues of justice and to our place?

4. Pluralism & culture
How might we be faithful in a world marked by difference?

5. Loving Richmond
What are the pressing issues and dynamics specific to metro Richmond?

6. Making it real
How do we translate the experience into something practical?

Program Structure

The RCLI Fellowship is a nine month program that runs from September through May. The rhythm and structure of the program is comprised of three elements.

Discussion Groups
(2x/month)

Fellows regularly meet in small groups to connect socially, discuss readings and go reflect on professional development work. Small groups of consist of 6-8 people meet 2 times a month on a set weeknight. Candidates can indicate a preferred meeting night when applying for the Fellowship.

Weekend Sessions (1x/month)

Fellows meet once per month on a weekend – Saturday on most months. These sessions feature speakers, activities and experiences – focused on a specific topic, led led by city leaders, RCLI alumni or staff. The weekend sessions in September and May are in-town retreats.

Self-Guided Activities
(ongoing)

The Fellowship has been designed with working professionals in mind. The self-guided activities during the program include professional development assignments, readings and scripture passages, spiritual discipline practice – and a personal project in the spring.

The Ideal Fellow

We’re looking for Christian professionals and leaders in the early or middle part of their career who have an opportunity for influence.
