2024 is election year.

Our political climate is filled with division, leaving people feeling discouraged, angry and bitter.

Can Christians be a part of a better way?

Michael Wear believes we can.

RCLI is teaming up with our friends at For Richmond and Needle’s Eye on an event that will help us chart a path forward.

Keynote speaker Michael Wear is the CEO of the Center for Christianity and Public Life and a leading thinker on the intersection of faith and public life.

Wear thinks Christians can engage faithfully in politics, resulting in healing rather than division, kindness rather than hatred, and hope rather than despair.

In his new book, The Spirit of Our Politics: Spiritual Formation and the Renovation of Public Life, Wear argues that by focusing on having the correct politics, we've lost sight of the kind of people we are becoming – and that politics can be one way to live out our love for God and neighbor.

Join us on February 15 at 7:00pm for an evening of conversation and fresh perspective about how Christians can be part of a better, more Christ-like way forward.
