The RCLI Pathway is an 8-week cohort for young adults who desire to grow in their understanding of God and self, build community, and develop Christian leadership habits that will last a lifetime.

  • Scripture

    Before we can understand, serve, love, or lead others, we must have an understanding of who God is. We begin with Scripture, seeking to better understand God’s character and His mission in the world.

  • Spiritual Formation

    Following Jesus is not an act reserved for Sundays or specific occupations—it is a daily way of living and being. In the RCLI Pathway, we help you explore a variety of spiritual disciplines and establish a rule of life, connecting your every day moments back to Jesus.

  • Self Awareness

    When we have a better understanding of our own strengths, weaknesses, and skills, we are able to better identify with—and love—those around us. We pursue self awareness only as a means to grow in our empathy towards ourselves and others.

Building a foundation of understanding of God’s character, self awareness, and spiritual disciplines, participants will establish a pathway on which they can continue for years to come.   • The Pathway is designed for young adults out of college or in their 20s.

  • Each Pathway Cohort accepts up to 10 individuals and is led by a single facilitator, trained in spiritual formation.

  • 8 weeks, one 2-hour session/week
