The RCLI Fellowship is a leadership program in metro Richmond focused on professional development, civic influence, and spiritual formation.
What’s it all about?
The RCLI Fellowship is a nine-month leadership program for emerging Christian leaders. The program focuses on professional development, civic influence, and spiritual formation – helping Christian leaders serve God, neighbor, and metro Richmond through their work and life. The Fellowship meets from September through May. Over 350 leaders have gone through RCLI’s leadership program since 2007.
Who is it for?
The RCLI Fellowship is for Christians age 25-40 who exhibit leadership potential, are maturing in and driven by their faith, and have shown a heart for the region.
We’re looking for people who are hungry for growth. People want to learn about themselves, learn about metro Richmond and connect with others. People eager to connect their faith with what they do, along with a heart to serve and a mind to create.
