“Prayer is an amazing relationship dynamic of intentional trust, of absolute dependency and a wellspring of thanksgiving. Prayer ushers us into a personal surrender to the greatness of God while giving us access to His infinite grace. God’s grace is our deep desire and joy.” (BlessRVA.com)

Bless RVA held its annual Christian Leaders Prayer breakfast on the National Day of Prayer–May 4th.  This year’s event was co-led by RCLI Alum, Shunda Giles, ’09, and was centered on Psalm 23.   Each set of the Psalm’s verses guided specific topics of prayer for Richmond (and beyond), its people, and our prospering.  Prayer time was spent in pairs or as whole tables, as instructed by the emcees.

RCLI Alumni and Volunteers were once again happy to participate as greeters and parking assistants–arriving as early as 6:25am!
